Recommended for people who don’t like natto, since compared to natto, tempeh has less odor and it’s not stringy.
Capillary blood vessels are fortified, so tempeh is effective in preventing strokes and heart failures.

Overview:

・Fermented food from Indonesia where the boiled soy beans are wrapped in banana leaves and is fermented with a type of mold called tempeh mold.
