Jay’s note
Christmas would be incomplete without Eggnog. Eggnog is a traditional drink with milk, cream, sugar, whipped egg whites and egg yolks. It consumed in the United States at Christmas season. Ready made eggnogs are available in the stores now. However It’s also often home-made, using milk, eggs, sugar. Eggnog is served with cinnamon or nutmeg.
In this recipe I tried to make vegan eggnog, without dairy products such as eggs, milk, also sugar. It would be better to serve all the Christmas guests including vegan, vegetarian people for special night.
